    She is famous in the UK! Went on XFactor and stayed on for quite awhile despite the fact that multiple media outlets exposed her for prostituting from age 13 (sadly she is only 22). She finally got kicked off after getting caught doing cocaine in front of her young daughter. Google Chloe Heald or Chloe Victoria or Chloe Mafia, tons of dirt on this one.
